Fairly effective. Take it on an empty stomach (at least 1 hour after your last snack) and wait an hour (no cheating!) before eating. It doesn’t feel like the normal appetite suppressants and there’s no “rush” so you may not think it’s working. But if you take a smaller portion and eat slowly, you’ll find you’re full. That’s the time to stop. I took 4 capsules per day, no side effects.

The big difference in all the hundreds of Hoodia pills on the market is the number of mg in each dose. I tried another one first that did nothing. When I got this one I saw a big difference. Anything less than 1200 mg is a waste of money. And you don’t have to spend $60 a bottle to get it. If you go to the big name products, look at the ingredients, you’re getting the same thing for triple the price. No diet pill can erase cravings, but if you really want to lose weight, this one can get rid of hunger.
